PRICES

Prices vary according to quantity, finish, size of tile, format of design.
As a general guide prices start from:

• Tiles from: £138 per sq metre (inc. vat)
• Wallpaper: £12.95 per metre (inc. vat)

SAMPLES

• TILE: Stock 10cm(4") tile samples are available for £8.50 each including UK postage and VAT (includes a 10x10cm tile or chip). Other sizes are made to order (1-2 weeks) and cost £30 each including vat and UK postage. Tile samples will be refunded if returned to the showroom within 28 days. Conditions apply.
• WALLPAPER: Sample pack including four A4 sized wallpaper swatches costs £10 inc vat and UK postage.

MINIMUM ORDER

• Tiles: 1 square meter (10.75 sq feet)
• Wallpaper: 5 linear meters / 5.5 yards (roll 46.5cm/18 inches width)

PAYMENT

We take payment by credit card, switch, cheque and bank tranfer. Full payment required on orders less than £1000. Order over this amount may be secured with a 50% deposit, remainder before delivery. International orders must be paid in full on order.

LEAD TIMES & DELIVERIES

• Lead times: Tiles 2-4 weeks; Wallpaper 1-2 weeks
• Standard Deliveries will be made between 8am and 5.30pm
  Monday to Friday
• It may not be possible to give a specific time of delivery. There are
  additional charges for a Saturday delivery or before 9am or 12pm
  service, please request a quote.
• Deliveries to be collected at our London shop will still incur the standard delivery charge from our Northern or European factory to London
• Deliveries over 3 sq metres will be delivered direct to you, unfortunately space does not permit otherwise.
• Delivery dates are not guaranteed, but we will give you an estimate at time of ordering therefore we do not encourage fitting to commence on day of delivery.
• We do not offer a storage facility for orders, products will be stored free of charge up to 2 weeks from your order being ready. If you wish to store your order longer a surcharge of £30 per week will apply.

CUSTOMISING PRODUCTS

• Additional charges may apply for customising designs, i.e. changing colourways or designs in any way.
• Alterations to tile designs will need to be sampled and then
  approved by you. Made to order tile samples are charged at £30 per piece ex delivery.
• Alterations to wallpaper designs or designs not featured in the Crinson Wallpaper Collection will incur a one off production fee of £39.95. If a half metre sample is required the fee for each sample including set up is £49.

OTHER

• Prices exclude delivery and are subject to change without notice.
• VAT rate applicable for UK and EU customers is 17.5%
• Ceramics are subject to batch variations, therefore a sample cannot be considered entirely accurate.
• Please ensure you order sufficient quantities as we cannot guarantee products from subsequent batches will be an
  exact match
• Samples purchased in the showroom can be returned for
  a full refund ex-delivery if returned within 28 days of order
  in good condition.
• Typical weights: 1 sqm of High Gloss tiles weigh approx 15kg.
  1 sqm of Natural matt tiles weigh approx 11kg.
