TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
Dominic Crinson is a trading name of Digitile Ltd. Digitile
is a European Community Registered Trademark.
- PAYMENT TERMS: Orders under £1000 (GBP) payment required
before production. Orders over £1000 (GBP) 50% payment required
to secure production and remainder payable before shipping. Payment
can be made by credit card, cheque or bank transfer. Title in all
goods supplied by us shall vest with Digitile Ltd until Digitile
Ltd has received payment in respect thereof. In the case of transactions
settled by cheque, full payment will deemed to be once the cheque
has been presented for payment and paid by the drawer’s bankers.
Non UK orders full payment required before production.

- QUOTATIONS: We reserve the right to change any part of the quotation
if it contains errors or omissions. Quotations are valid for 30
days from date of issue. Please insure that estimated quantities
are correct, as we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies.

- COPYRIGHT: Orders of reproductions of custom designs are accepted
on the understanding that the copyright is vested in the client.

- USE OF IMAGERY: None of the imagery used on the website or other
promotional material can be used in the public domain or used for
commercial purposes without the prior explicit consent from Digitile
Ltd.

- RETURNS AND REFUNDS. If you receive goods in damaged condition,
you must notify us by post or email within seven working days of
receipt of the goods. Please check all products prior to installation.
Claims cannot be considered once the products have been installed.
Digitile Ltd is not responsible for inappropriate use of its products.
Customers should read the specification thoroughly. We cannot accept
returns or cancellation of made to order products.

- DELIVERY OF GOODS: Delivery times quoted are approximate. Delivery
time quoted will not start until payment is received. We are not
responsible for damage which occurs after goods leave our premises;
in the hands of postal or courier services etc. If you do receive
goods damaged during
delivery please notify us immediately and retain all relevant documentation
so that an insurance claim can be made against the carriers insurers.
If you received a damaged parcel, note the fact on the delivery
note. We recommend that you do not arrange installation until you
have received and checked the goods. We cannot be held responsible
for lost working time or any associated costs in the unlikely event
of a delivery being delayed, incorrect, damaged or faulty. If we
are unable to deliver due to you not being able to accept delivery,
we may need to charge you for a redelivery.

- SHIPPING/CARRIAGE: The client is responsible for any customs
duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination
country. We accept no responsibility for any delay in clearing
the products at customs.

- LAW: Any contract between Digitile Ltd and the client will be
governed and constructed according to English Law and each party
hereby
submits to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

- DECORATIVE TILES: Some variation in shade or colour may occur
in
decorative tile effects, this is an inherent characteristic of
ceramics. If noticeable, before fixing, an acceptable blend should
be achieved by mixing the contents of several packs. Ensure you
have ordered sufficient quantities as subsequent batches may not
be an exact match. Batch variations may also occur in samples,
these cannot be considered fully representative in colour or shade.

- FIXING TILES: Care should be taken during installation and
grouting
to avoid damage. No refund of faulty tiles can be considered
after the tiles have been installed. Certain products have a deliberate
random
design and care should be taken to observe the direction of the
patterning. No
responsibility can be accepted once tiles have been fixed,. If
in doubt contact us for clarification prior to installation.

- DESIGN REPRESENTATION: Designs shown on the website and
catalogue may not be a true representation of the colours.

- ENTIRE AGREEMENT: Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf
should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions
or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality
of any goods offered for sale by us. We shall have no liability
for any such representation being untrue or misleading except for
fraudulent misrepresentation.
